Session terms

These plain-language terms describe the website request process and the current boundaries of AI Capable working sessions.

A request is not a confirmed appointment

Submitting the form asks AI Capable to review the requested scope. A session is confirmed only after scheduling, payment, cancellation, and other material details are agreed in writing.

What the session provides

The Audit and Build Brief provide operational diagnosis, planning, instruction, and written materials for one bounded workflow. They do not include finished software, vendor subscriptions, implementation, ongoing support, or a company-wide transformation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No guaranteed outcome

Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, later implementation, vendors, employees, customers, market conditions, and other factors outside the session. No revenue, savings, ranking, booking, uptime, compliance, or other result is guaranteed.

Professional and compliance boundaries

Sessions are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, employment, privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional review and approving consequential business decisions.

Your responsibilities

Provide information you are authorized to share, avoid unnecessary personal or confidential customer data, verify material assumptions, review recommendations before action, and maintain appropriate human control over pricing, availability, eligibility, bookings, payments, refunds, and customer communications.

Separate implementation work

Any implementation, integration, development, managed service, or follow-on project requires a separate written scope. A session does not obligate either party to continue.

External sites

Portfolio and source links lead to separate websites with their own operators, terms, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee continued access or a particular result.

Questions

Use the session request form and enter “Terms question” as the workflow topic before requesting a paid session.
