This notice explains the information AI Capable receives through this website and how it is used to handle session requests and optional accounts.
Information you provide
The session request form can collect your name, email, optional company and phone, selected session, workflow topic, and notes. If you use optional sign-in, the authentication provider may supply basic account information needed to create and secure the account.
Operational information
Hosting, database, and authentication providers may create basic server, security, device, and request logs as part of operating and protecting the service.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to session requests, coordinate scheduling and payment details, deliver agreed session materials, maintain account and request records, prevent abuse, and operate the website. The public form does not add you to a marketing list unless you separately request that communication.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that host or operate the website, database, authentication, and communications. AI Capable does not present submitted session-request information as a product for sale or rental.
Retention and security
Request and account records are kept as reasonably needed for the purposes above, recordkeeping, security, and dispute handling. No website or storage system can promise absolute security. Avoid placing passwords, payment-card data, health information, or unnecessary customer personal data in the notes field.
Requests and questions
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the session request form, enter “Privacy request” as the workflow topic, and explain the request without adding new sensitive information.

This notice may change as the service and its providers change. The updated date at the top identifies the current posted version.
